Each has a unique function.The AI Video Interviewer conducts, records, and evaluates video interviews. It evaluates candidates' communication skills, domain understanding, and tracks integrity signals for authenticity of the interview. It also analyses engagement and behavioral indicators and gives fit scores with hiring recommendations.The AI Phone Screener launches human-like AI phone interviews on a large scale. It asks structured, role-specific qualifying questions recording audio, transcripts, and intent signals. The software scores responses using objective evaluation logic and auto-classifies candidates as qualified or rejected.The AI Resume Screener screens and analyzes resumes in bulk or individually. It matches profiles to required skills, analyses the depth of the skills and their relevance to the role, identifies career gaps, tenure, and company tier, and classifies candidates as qualified or not.The AI Coding Interviewer conducts coding interviews live and evaluates problem-solving abilities and code quality. It scores candidates based on role-based benchmarks and tracks integrity and proctoring signals.Beyond these, Hyring includes an English Proficiency Test feature that evaluates a candidate's English communication skills using CEFR levels. It provides a role readiness score based on the assessment.Notably, Hyring provides data-driven reports to ensure the hiring process is smarter, simpler, and more reliable.
