ProductivityAITools is an AI tool discovery directory. We curate, organise, and publish information about third-party AI tools and resources to help users discover, compare, and choose the right tools for their needs. Our directory is updated regularly by an AI-powered discovery agent.

The information provided through the Site is for general informational and discovery purposes only. It is not intended as professional advice of any kind. Users who access the Site from outside their jurisdiction do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

The Site is not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations such as HIPAA, FISMA, or similar frameworks. If your intended use would be subject to such laws, you may not use the Site for that purpose.

The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old, or of legal age to form a binding contract in their jurisdiction. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

If you are registering or acting on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we reasonably suspect the eligibility requirements are not met.

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You will maintain and promptly update such information as necessary.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not a minor in your jurisdiction of residence.

• Your use of the Site is for lawful purposes only and will not breach any applicable law or regulation.

If any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Site.

Registration may be required to access certain features such as tool submissions and saved tools. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

Your account is for your individual use only. You must not share your login credentials with others. We reserve the right to reclaim or change a username that is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms, disrupts, or impairs the Site's functionality or accessibility.

• Upload, transmit, or distribute content that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, threatening, hateful, or otherwise objectionable based on any legally protected characteristic.
• Submit fake reviews, fabricated tool information, spam, or misleading content.
• Engage in manipulative self-promotion, mass automated submissions, or conduct designed to artificially inflate directory rankings or listings.
• Impersonate ProductivityAITools, our team, other users, or any other person or entity.
• Use another user's account without their authorisation.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, Trojan horses, or any other harmful code.
• Submit appeals, reports, or complaints which are manifestly unfounded, fraudulent, or duplicative.
• Use the Site to advertise, promote, or solicit for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised by us.
• Use any information obtained from the Site to harass, abuse, or harm any person.
• Use the Site as part of any effort to build a competing product or service without our written permission.

We reserve the right to monitor the Site for violations, take appropriate legal action, block IP addresses, and remove or restrict access to any content or account at our sole discretion.

Users may submit AI tools to be listed in our directory. By submitting a tool, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that all information provided (name, URL, description, category) is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.

We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, edit, or remove any submission at our sole discretion, including submissions that are off-topic, inaccurate, low quality, or in violation of these Terms. Submission does not guarantee listing.

Submitting a request for an AI tool does not guarantee that the tool will be added or that any action will be taken. We evaluate all requests based on relevance, quality, and other factors at our sole discretion.

Where the Site allows users to rate or review third-party AI tools, you agree that:

• All ratings and reviews you submit must reflect your genuine opinions and experiences.
• You will not post ratings or reviews that are false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Ratings and reviews represent your individual opinion and do not reflect the views or endorsements of ProductivityAITools.
• We reserve the right to refuse, moderate, or remove any ratings or reviews that violate these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.
• By submitting a rating or review, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display it in connection with the Site.

We are not responsible for any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your reliance on ratings or reviews submitted by other users.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, interface design, compiled tool data, rankings, categorisation, and curation, is the property of ProductivityAITools or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws worldwide.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms. No part of the Site or its content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without our prior express written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Site. By submitting content, you grant us the licence described in Section 11 below. By submitting feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Site, you agree that we may use them freely for any purpose without compensation or acknowledgment.

The Site's database, including its collection, curation, organisation, categorisation, metadata, rankings, and all compiled data, constitutes our proprietary intellectual property.

Without our prior express written consent, no person or entity may scrape, crawl, harvest, index, cache, copy, or systematically extract any data from the Site by any automated or manual means, whether directly or through third parties, and regardless of whether the data is publicly accessible. This includes extraction for the purpose of training AI models, building competing products, or any commercial exploitation.

Any violation constitutes a material breach of these Terms. We may, without prior notice: (a) terminate the violator's access; (b) seek immediate injunctive relief; and (c) pursue all available legal remedies including damages, lost profits, and legal costs.

Users may submit content to the Site including tool descriptions, reviews, and other materials ("Contributions"). All Contributions must not:

• Be false, inaccurate, or misleading.
• Be obscene, offensive, violent, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms.
• Harass, demean, or harm any individual or group.

We reserve the right to remove any Contributions that violate these standards without prior notice and without liability to you. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and any consequences arising from its use on the Site.

By submitting any Contributions to the Site, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such Contributions in connection with operating and improving the Site.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in your Contributions, that your Contributions are accurate, and that their use does not violate these Terms or any applicable law. We are not responsible for any statements or representations in your Contributions.

The Site lists and links to third-party AI tools, websites, and services for informational and discovery purposes only. We do not own, operate, endorse, or guarantee any third-party tool or service listed on the Site. The Site provides these links for convenience only and is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, safety, privacy practices, or legality of any third-party content.

Your interactions with third-party tools or services are solely between you and that third party. Any disputes must be resolved directly with the relevant third party. If you access a third-party website from the Site, you do so at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and privacy policy.

The Site may receive compensation (e.g. through sponsored listings or affiliate arrangements) when users visit or sign up for certain tools. Such arrangements do not influence our editorial decisions, and sponsored placements will be clearly disclosed where required by applicable law.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available through the Site infringes a copyright you own or control, please notify us immediately at [email protected] with sufficient detail for us to evaluate the claim, including identification of the copyrighted work, the infringing material and its location, and your contact information. You may be held liable for damages if you make misrepresentations in an infringement claim.

• Refuse, restrict, or disable access to any portion of the Site at our sole discretion.
• Remove or disable any content that is excessive in size or burdensome to our systems.

Tool information is sourced from public data and user submissions and may not always be current. We do not endorse any particular AI tool listed on the Site. Listing a tool does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee of any kind.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice or liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ProductivityAITools, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Site, any content or listings on the Site, any third-party tool referenced on the Site, or any unauthorised access to your data.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not fully apply to you.

You acknowledge and agree that your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Site is to cease using it.

In the event of force majeure circumstances (including war, civil unrest, natural disasters, governmental actions, cyberattacks, or internet service disruptions) that make it impossible or impractical for us to operate the Site, we shall be relieved of liability for the duration of the impediment.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ProductivityAITools and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (1) your use of the Site; (2) your violation of these Terms; (3) any breach of your representations or warranties; (4) your violation of any third-party rights including intellectual property rights; or (5) any Contributions you submit that infringe applicable laws or third-party rights.

We may change, modify, or remove content from the Site at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times and may experience interruptions, delays, or errors due to hardware, software, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, labour disputes, or other force majeure events. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by any unavailability or interruption of the Site.

There may be errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information provided through the Site, including tool descriptions, categories, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors or update any information at our sole discretion without prior notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you are found to be in breach of these Terms or engage in conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful to other users or the Site.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. You may voluntarily close your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting us. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

If your account is terminated for cause, you are prohibited from registering a new account without our express permission.

We maintain data you submit to the Site for the purpose of managing and operating the Site. While we perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for all data you transmit or that relates to your activity on the Site. We shall have no liability for any loss or corruption of your data, and you waive any right of action against us arising from such loss or corruption.

By using the Site, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including service updates and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. You agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at [email protected]. Opting out of marketing emails will not affect essential service or security communications.

Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and allow 30 days for us to attempt an informal resolution. If a dispute remains unresolved, it shall be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Any claim must be brought within two (2) years of the date the cause of action arose, after which it is permanently barred.

Disputes involving intellectual property rights, theft, piracy, or unauthorised use of the Site are exempt from the arbitration requirement and may be brought directly in a court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not resolved by arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction in which ProductivityAITools operates, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ProductivityAITools with respect to the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and us as a result of these Terms or your use of the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will endeavour to provide additional notice where practicable.
