In addition to the capability of automating email and EDI/API orders, the platform also has features like a field sales app for sales representatives to create appropriate orders in the field and a personalized order form to replace handwritten orders and email orders. A B2B customer portal is also provided for self-service, allowing customers to place orders and view status, in turn reducing back-office touch. Integrations are another key component of Hyperfox, enabling the tool to seamlessly connect with current ERP and TMS systems.
